The Mintex award is presented to the driver who in qualifying (or practice), in the view of the marshals on the bank, drives in the most spectacular manner. The winner is presented with a voucher for a new set of racing pads for their race car. The Centre is honoured to continue this award into 2016 and is thankful for Mintex and Questmead for their support in 2016.

Our winner at this meeting was the Britcar Audi R8 of Phil Hanson and Migel Moore. They can be seen in the picture above holding the award having been presented with it by CNC Heads Driver Representative and BARC Committee member Simon Allaway.
