After marshalling as an Incident Officer for several years Lee Nelson completed his Post Chief training and has proved to be a very supportive team leader, excellent role model, and very calm when dealing with incidents – everything that the late, great Dick Fraser stood for. So it seemed fitting that Lee should be presented with the Richard Fraser Award for Post Chiefs.
